I found this recipe at Joy of Baking. I actually had a lemon (I used it for the zest for the Apple-Cardamom Cakes) so I used that instead of bottled lemon juice like I usually do. I halved the recipe and make two mini loaf cakes instead of one springform cake, and I glazed one and added a handful of poppy seeds in the other. The glaze tasted a bit weird...I liked the poppy seed one better! They flavor through and taste better on the second day, but all in all they weren't that good, and I doubt I'll make this recipe again.
