For Easter I made this carrot cake using my family's recipe. All other carrot cake recipes I've tried aren't anywhere close to how good ours is! We've always made it in a rectangular pan, but I wanted it to be pretty so I tried what the recipe actually calls for, two 9 inch circular pans. And I decorated it with pecan halves and toasted coconut!
But you can't have the recipe.
Unless you ask extra nice.
