Cereal Tarts

I had these for breakfast yesterday and they were amazing.  The tarts were baked the night before so they were ready in the morning.  I changed up the ingredients for the tarts, so here's my version. 

Cereal Tarts with Yogurt and Berries (Original from Country Living)
2  1/2 cups cornflakes 
1/2 cup granola cereal
Small handful flax seeds
2 T butter, melted
3 T honey

Vanilla yogurt
Chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350F.  Place 5 (4 inch) tart shells on a baking sheet.  Grind cornflakes, granola and flax seeds in a food processor until smooth.  Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with the melted butter and honey.  Stir to combine, and evenly divide between the tart shells.  Firmly press down bottom and sides and bake for 10-13 minutes.  Cool completely.  Spoon in the yogurt and top with berries and walnuts.
